Inspection Checklist for centres applying for reaccreditation

We have recently changed our application procedure so that centres that have already been accredited at least once do not need to send their completed Inspection Checklist along with their application form. The Checklist can be submitted along with the other pre-inspection documentation.

First-time applications still have to send their completed checklist in order to have their application considered.
